Appreciating the Theory




                    Betty Neuman's Systems Model is a good introductory for the freshmen nurses but it does not mean it is only for beginners but it can also leads us or provides us nurses to be guided to become professionals. This theory is effective in conceptual transition among to all levels of nursing education. It can be the nurse's basis for continuing education in actual or in practice after their graduation. Especially to those who are in health or medical related professionals, it is simple to understand the concepts of this theory. 



                    It is a holistic approach in the care for the patients and applicable in any health care settings. It is adaptive, in means that we adapted the style or the way to care our clients, to accept anyone and everyone. In client system, it give us greater knowledge and to understand our clients with the present of the client variables. Neuman is guiding us to take care our clients as we love our ourselves and as a whole. Theories like these are very useful to the nurses. It give guidance to have a great job in work. We nurses should not ignore these theories and the theorists for they will be our models for the next years to come to help us succeed.
